Licensed Real Estate Salesperson
While Zoltan Petho believes firmly in educating clients on the Manhattan real estate market, he advises buyers and renters to look not as much for the trends but more importantly, for the neighborhood and home that suits their personality.
A Manhattanite himself for over 30 years, Zoltan is well versed in the different niches that make New York so special, whether Downtown is your vibe or you prefer the Upper East and West sides of town.
Formerly an award-winning sales representative and sales manager for a major furniture manufacturer, this client-centric professional always lends an ear to his clients’ needs and has his eye on opportunity when it comes to getting what they want. His keen interpersonal and communications skills are what have made Zoltan excel not only in growing sales, but in the arts of customer service and relationship building as well.
Originally from Hungary, Zoltan attended the Technical University of Budapest then studied Business Administration at San Francisco State University. His progressive experience growing revenue and building a large ongoing client base began in his role as a purchasing agent prior to his success in sales. Outside of work, Zoltan’s favorite hobbies include reading and gardening at his home in Southampton with his wife and the assistance of his three curious cats at his side. He is fluent in the English and Hungarian languages, and enjoys travel when time allows. Zoltan has been to many places around the world, with the exception of India, China and Antarctica which are on his bucket list.
