He seeks the most beneficial deals for his clients and creates a comfortable and welcoming environment that prioritizes his clients wants and needs. With every real estate transaction, John seeks the best possible solutions and is determined to overcome any obstacle to get them.

John grew up in a real estate family which placed him under a market mindset from the time he was very young. He has always had an entrepreneurial mindset, dating back as far as grade school when he initiated landscaping jobs for himself and his friends. Inspired by his mother’s success in real estate, John knew that he wanted to follow in her footsteps.

Originally from Dale City, Va, just outside of DC, John attended Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Va, where he studied and earned an Associates degree in Urban & Regional Planning and minored in Business Management. He has lived in New York for over two years and currently rents his apartment.

John is drawn to the cultural diversity and inclusion that most communities in the city exhibit. Since high school, community development and outreach has been integral to his path professionally and personally. He operates on the belief that we all have the capacity and calling to help others facing disparity and inequity and practices mentorship and communal collaboration to alleviate & discover solutions to issues in communities to foster a more prosperous and equitable future.
