Where Would You Live?  Williamsburg is a mix of industrial buildings converted into residences and low rise apartments. Since the rezoning of the area in 2005, there has been a lot of new development, particularly along the waterfront.

Neighborhood Features: Popular for its commute to the city; excellent dining at Allswell, Peter Luger’s, Fatty Cue and Antica Pesca; outdoor recreational activities at McCarren Park; music venues such as Williamsburg Music Hall and the Knitting Factory; endless bars and nightlife along Bedford Avenue strip.
