I am very grateful to have worked with Priscilla Pappas to find my current home. She was highly responsive, attentive, and willing to quickly adapt to the changing needs of my situation. I could reach her day or night, and she was steadfast in her approach to the apartment hunt. She walked me through each application process thoroughly, making sure all documents were properly submitted and handling communications with the building as well attending apartment tours with me on weekdays and weekends. I highly recommend Priscilla to anyone new to the NY housing market and to anyone in general. She will get you where you want to go.

Caren is by far the best agent in New York City. She has gone above and beyond in every aspect of our move. We could have not been any luckier having her as the one navigating our apartment search. She always delivers and makes sure everything you need gets done. Caren is very responsive at ALL hours of the day, and she never leaves you hanging. I am so happy that in a City with so many agents who are extremely pushy and overly-aggressive, we found Caren who is the complete opposite. Everybody knows that securing a spot in Manhattan is akin to nails on a chalkboard, but Spencer made it a breeze! I was working with odds that weren’t in my favor, I had to find housing in a 2 week period and I was stressed out. My friend had passed me Spencers’ contact info, and we had an initial call. We talked about my preferences and my likes/dislikes, and like magic, the first apartment Spencer showed me matched my budget, the type of neighborhood I wanted to be in, and every amenity that I mentioned as a must have. Spencer is efficient, friendly, professional, and is definitely now a friend. I couldn’t recommend anyone else, Spencer is the ‘97 Bulls.
